The Constitution of The United States,
The Health Care Bill shall not be considered a Tax, as the Health Care Bill is originated from the Senate.
The actual text of the Constitution. Now THAT's an "inconvenient truth" to those who support "Obamacare".
I found this fascinating.
Sadly, as dmarks rightfully says, those who support Obama at all don't seem to give a rat's poop what the constitution says.
I've heard a number of states are going to keep him off the ballot because of his inability to prove he is a citizen, starting with Georgia.
That might make it interesting. Otherwise, no one in the Federal has stood in the way thus far.
"...no one in the Federal has stood in the way thus far." from Kid-
and that includes the Rs!
There is little difference between the Rs and the Ds--
BTW-I LOVE the US Constitution!
Thanks TSWS!

dmarks-yea, they don't mind using parts of it when they want to try to fool everyone, but when it is in their way, trample all over it!
Thanks for stopping by.
Z and CS, THANK YOU!
Kid, I have heard there is about 3 or 4 States on the move, maybe more will join!

The Democratic does not believe in the constitution. This is why the birth certificate arguments are a dead end. Even if you proved it beyond any doubt, they would just say it does not matter.
Trestin, it appears so.
It serves always to distract the public councils and feeble the public administration. It agitates the community with ill founded jealousies and false alarms, kindles the animosity of one part against another, foments occasionally riot and insurrection. It opens the door to foreign influence and corruption, which find a facilitated access to the government itself through the channels of party passions.
It is important, likewise, that the habits of thinking in a free country should inspire caution in those entrusted with its administration to confine themselves with in their respective constitutional spheres, avoiding in the exercise of the powers of one department to encroach upon another. The spirit of encroachment tends to consolidate the powers of all departments in one and thus to create, whatever the form of government, a real despotism.
If in the opinion of the people the distribution or modification of the constitutional powers be in any particular wrong, let it be corrected by an amendment in the way which the Constitution designates. But let there be no change by usurpation; for though this, in one instance, may be the instrument of good, it is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed."
