I agree with Trestin. I posed the Oath question on a prominent Mil-blog and the response was only that the military would refuse to mobilize against the public, but that's about it.

I don't think the will exists in military command to restore our constitutional republic. oblabber could put out a youtube of him putting it through a shredder and it'd be Nyet.
