 is a form of government which centers all power in a single party headed by an absolute dictater. 

• Under fascism, the government rigidly controls the religious, political, social and economic life of the country. Private ownership is permitted, but both labor and management lose their freedom.

• The police state is used to crush opposition or dissent. Secret police spy on the whole population, and remarks against the leaders leads to swift and severe punishment. Opposition parties are dissolved.

Extreme Nationalism

• Fascism is highly nationalistic. It tries to identify its principles with the country, so that disagreement will look like treason. Some other country, or some other group within the country, is usually picked out to serve as "the enemy" and made to appear as the cause of all evils or misfortunes. Sometimes it combines racial and religious bigotry.

• To work well, fascism needs the sincere consent of a large part of the population. To maintain this consent, the fascist must cut off the people from any information which might cause them to doubt the complete truth of fascist principals. Newspapers, radio, television, and other means of communication must be censored so the public will get only those facts the leaders want known. Freedom of speech and assembly must be suppressed.

• They subjected the working classes to a rigorous discipline.

• They began to limit profit, impose capital leves, and regulate business in great detail.

 Fascism maintains among the people a permanently war like frame of mind. Every citizen feels that he is mobilized against enemies of the leaders within, and against possible foreign foes. A leader usually comes to power during a period of economic crisis or depression. Near-Fascist claim to be a democracy, but with fascist traits, including the police state, militarism, and Extreme Nationalism.

DHIMMITUDE 

is a neologism first found in French denoting an attitude of concession, surrender and appeasement towards Islamic demands. It is derived by adding the productive suffix -tude to the Arabic language adjective dhimmi, which literally means protected and refers to a non-Muslim subject of a sharia law state.

The term was coined in 1982 by the Lebanese president and Maronite militia leader Bachir Gemayel, in reference to perceived attempts by the country's Muslim leadership to subordinate the large Lebanese Christian minority. In a speech of September 14, 1982 given at Dayr al-Salib in Lebanon, he said: "Lebanon is our homeland and will remain a homeland for Christians… We want to continue to christen, to celebrate our rites and traditions, our faith and our creed whenever we wish… Henceforth, we refuse to live in any dhimmitude!"

Robert Spencer author of the The Myth of Islamic Tolerance defines dhimmitude as:

• Dhimmitude is the status that Islamic law, the Sharia, mandates for non-Muslims, primarily Jews and Christians. Dhimmis, “protected” or “guilty” people, are free to practice their religion in a Sharia regime, but are made subject to a number of humiliating regulations designed to enforce the Qur'an's command that they "feel themselves subdued" (Sura 9:29). This denial of equality of rights and dignity remains part of the Sharia, and, as such, are part of the legal superstructure that global jihadists are laboring through violence to restore everywhere in the Islamic world, and wish ultimately to impose on the entire human race.

Rep. (D) Sheila Jackson Lee, HISD Superintendent Terry Grier, Square Off Over Investigation Of Rep. Lee's Friend

Rick Casey, a reporter for the Houston Chronicle maybe receiving a phone call from Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee.

Terry Grier received a phone call from Rep.(D)Sheila Jackson Lee, double teaming with HISD Trustee Carol Sims Galloway and a minister. Galloway left the line early, and State Rep. Harold Dutton joined the call toward the end.

You see, Rick Casey is breaking from the ranks of the Rag of a Paper that claims to be a News Paper. Maybe to drum up some more subscribers, to drum up some more Advertisers, or because it is a story that cannot go untold.

The phone call from Congresswoman Jackson Lee, and others, was to HISD Superintendent Terry Grier; threatening, demanding, and outright intimidating Mr. Grier; 4 months on the job as the leader of one of the nation's largest and most complex school districts.

He told the callers that he wouldn't discuss personnel issues over the phone. Way to go Super Grier!

Being on a break retreat with his wife; and being hammered with a call like this is unconscionable. A Christmas Break. The call was 2 days before Christmas.

The call was about an investigation into some very bad things that has been taking place with 2, 2 mind you, schools. Maybe more bad things-lets see what turns up shall we?

No way, says, Rep.(D) Sheila Jackson Lee; stop the investigation now! She is accusing investigators of using “racist” methods in interviewing staff members.

An outside law firm is investigating activities at Key Middle School, and Kashmere High School.

Administrator Mable Caleb had been principal at Key Middle School, and a controversy resulted in a promotion to principal at Kashmer High School. Wow how did that happen?

The predecessor of Grier tried to fire Mable Caleb 5 yrs. ago. But a Board vote of 4-3 overruled him. Rep.(D)Sheila Jackson Lee involved, Hummm.

The current investigative report charged that equipment and money from student fees were missing at the schools, and there was strong evidence of cheating on TAKS tests.

In addition, the report accused Caleb of improperly employing her son and her niece at the school.

Caleb denied the charges and accused Grier of ordering the investigation for being slighted, because he blamed her for being criticized by State Rep. Dutton and others at a public meeting. Just 4 months on the job and already being Bullied by Rep. (D) Sheila Jackson Lee and cohorts.

Rick Casey said, a conversation with State Rep. Dutton; Dutton defended Caleb at length, saying he also believed Greer had acted out of ruffled pride.

Grier says the investigation came out of an anonymous letter.

The predecessor of Grier tried to fire Mable Caleb 5 yrs. ago. But a Board vote of 4-3 to overrule him suggests that her friends were more successful than they were this time. Yea, Rep. (D) Sheila Jackson Lee is trying to stop another investigation of her friend Caleb.

According to a memo Grier sent his board members shortly after the call, Rep. Lee demanded that he shut down the investigation, accusing investigators of using “racist” methods in interviewing staff members.

He said Lee and the minister also indicated that they wanted to be involved in the selection of new administrators overseeing schools in the region that includes Key and Kashmere.

And they wanted him to replace the new principal he had named to Key with Bernett Harris, a Caleb protege who had been Key's interim principal.

Grier did not shut down the investigation.

The SEIU, which was integral to the election of Barack Obama as president, is working with the left-leaning Economic Policy Institute (EPI), and the National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare, on SEIU’s plan, called “the Retirement USA Initiative.”

American labor union pension plans are broke, victims of malfeasance, corruption and negligent mismanagement. Now, union bosses want to hijack the private sector’s retirement plans and 401K plans to cover their own incompetence.

Claiming that the retirement system in place now has “failed most Americans,” EPI vice president Ross Eisenbrey, told a labor union publication that “account balances have fallen by a third since late 2007, leaving many older workers unable to retire just as our economy is shedding millions of jobs.”

One of the nation’s largest labor unions, the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), is promoting a plan that will centralize all retirement plans for American workers, including private 401(k) plans, under one new “retirement system” for the United States.

“The failure is broad and deep. It’s not just a few people falling through the cracks: most of us already are in the ravine. Three in 10 have only a 401(k) or similar savings plan, and the rest of us are totally out of luck,” said Eisenbrey.

The president of SEIU is Andy Stern, a critical player in the election of Barack Obama. Van Helsing at Moonbattery pointed out in November Stern is also the most frequent visitor to the White House.

Nonunion workers and private companies could be forced into absorbing the financial liabilities of underfunded union pension plans, thanks to pending health care mandates and an executive order that could be finalized this year, policy analysts and trade group representatives have concluded.
Demographics are at least partially responsible for the collapse of pension assets within unionized plans, according to labor analysts. Private-sector union membership has fallen from about 20 percent in 1980 to 7.6 percent in 2008 and 7.2 percent in 2009, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports. For the first time in U.S. history, a majority of union members work for the government rather than in the private sector.

The fallback position for union leaders who need an influx of members to sustain underfunded pension plans is to push for policy changes that would coerce workers and companies into joining organized labor, Ms. Furchtgott-Roth said.

“In countries where there is a single-payer health care plan, you find that the doctors, nurses and health aides are all government workers, and this is always a source of new union membership,” she said. “If more Americans have health insurance, the demand for health care expands, as does employment in the health care field.”

You Shall Know Them By Their Fruits

If any one tells you the Democrats are good people, they are lying to you.

The only way to tell good people, are by ones actions (their fruits).

The fact that the Senate put language in the Senate Bill, Health Care Reform,  for the Tax Payers to finance abortions, when there is existing Law against the Government  funding abortions, tells you that the Democrats are not good people.

Lying and cheating, underhanded dealings in back rooms, and airplane rides, twisting arms, and offering bribes to persuade someone to abandon ones beliefs, for a con job- to pull the wool over the American People's eyes; an agenda that is no more or less than a take over, of the economy-ruffly 1/6 th; is nothing more than a take over-putting more Power in the Central Government.

The House of Representatives voted to Pass The Senate Health Care Reform Bill.

The Constitution is very clear-the limited powers of the Federal Government is meant to constrain the EVIL in men's hearts. This country is made up of 3 equal Branches of Government- to restrain the Evil that a President could do, to restrain the Evil that a Congress could do, and the Supreme Court to stop the two from ganging up to do Evil against the People.

We will see if the Supreme Court has thrown in with these two Evil Branches, or will the Law-Supreme Law of the Land- The Constitution, be up held in thwarting this poor excuse of a Congressional con job, with the Puppeteer in Chief; who led the Flim-Flam against the American People.

I can no longer look a person in the Eye and believe that they are a good person after finding that they vote for the Democrat Party. If only, the other choice is, the ill reputed Republican Party, that is the Party I'll have to go with from now on.

•  The day will come, for the judgment; and they have to answer, that they voted for a political party, that approved and provided financing, that KILLED HIS CHILDREN- Knowingly!

• One of the oldest Military tactics for over throwing a Nation, is to charm the People into doing acts that angers Yahweh; that turns His face from their nation and allows their enemies to invade and conquer: (1) to get possession or control of by or as by winning a war. (2) to overcome by physical, Mental, or MORAL FORCE; DEFEAT!

That about sums up what has happened.

Let us see if the lower courts have evil in mind for the American People as well.

Let us see if the Supreme Court has turned to Evil Heart-ed ways as well.

Believers In The Constitution Now Extremist, Militias, And Haters, Says Mark Potok's Intelligence Report

Mark Potok, represents the Southern Poverty Law Center, in some way.

"We saw a real explosion in militias and the larger anti-government patriot movement," said Mark Potok, who directs the group's Intelligence Report."

The U.S. has seen an "explosion" in the number of extremist groups and armed militias which advocate radical anti-government doctrines and conspiracy theories, a recent report has found. The number of active "Patriot" groups nearly tripled last year to 512 from 149 in 2008, according to the Southern Poverty Law Center, which tracks the activities of hate groups.

A while back I posted the encyclopedia's article on Fascism; and it stated that the People in Power who could not have their way would start a propaganda campaign, against the countries Patriots! Well, here it comes!

Did not think that black people who love this country would be labeled Extremist-who would have guessed.
